Marina Kovarsky, LICSW
Co-Founder and Co-Director of Training

Marina serves on the faculty at Boston College School of Social Work and the Psychodynamic Couple and Family Psychotherapy Institute of New England. She is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis and has previously served on their faculty. In addition to her role at PIBB, Marina maintains a private practice in the Back Bay where she sees individuals and couples.


David Raniere, PhD
Co-Director of Training

David is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychoanaylst in private practice in Framingham, MA. He serves on the faculty of the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis and at William James College. David has previously held leadership roles in training and management at the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy, Two Brattle Center, and the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis. 


Marcy Kerr Yuknat, PsyD
Co-Founder and Program Director

In addition to her work at PIBB, Marcy is a Clinical Psychologist in private practice in the Back Bay where she sees adults for psychodynamic psychotherapy and provides clinical supervision and consultation. She is active in non-profit work targeting a variety of systemic and social issues that impact mental health at the individual and societal levels.
